Boy it was tough to go from those intense push presses to pull ups…I was very surprised at how sore I was going into the met con. BUT, I got through it and it felt GREAT…just had to tell myself…I CAN do this! YAY!
Ripped up the hands and stopped to tape them up – but all well worth is as I got thru the pull-ups 100% unassisted and kinda kipping… I know, Rob – push away! Just keep telling me, it WILL stick! Thank you for the coaching!
