    Did a modified version of “Helannie” that y’all performed last Friday

    30 burpees
    50 sit ups
    Run 400m
    21 KB swings – used 2 25# DBs
    12 pull ups
    Run 400m
    30 box jumps – 24″
    30 DB thrusters – 25#
    30 burpees
    50 sit ups

    Boy it was tough to go from those intense push presses to pull ups…I was very surprised at how sore I was going into the met con. BUT, I got through it and it felt GREAT…just had to tell myself…I CAN do this! YAY!

    I am already sore.
    Push Press: 165/ 135 165/ 125 150/ 105 Had to break sets up to finish. Stuggled with my max weight on the first one.

    Ripped up the hands and stopped to tape them up – but all well worth is as I got thru the pull-ups 100% unassisted and kinda kipping… I know, Rob – push away! Just keep telling me, it WILL stick! Thank you for the coaching!

    Didn’t work out today (still under the weather and definitely can’t breathe through this congestion) but I did a whole lot of demonstrating on the PP and cleaning the bar when everyone bailed it- does that count as a WOD? :D

    Awesome PRs from the ladies today!!! Way to throw some big weight overhead. Also Mo- always a baller, but impressing us even more today with 4/3 bodyweight PP. Ridculous.
