    Clean pulls 135#… almost cleaned 115 but didn’t get under it! Boo.
    Metcon- 7:30ish I think with purple band
    for almost 2 rounds and thin blue for the rest

    4 x 300 all out sprint, 5 min. rest between at 10.0 on the treadmill (6 min./mile)
