    Adapted the CrossFit Football workout from 3/30

    20 DB slams L&R
    10 towel pull ups
    19 DB slams L&R
    9 towel pull ups
    …. etc,
    11 DB slams L&R
    1 towel pull up

    19:48, used 25# DB

    plus 800m run cool down

    WOD: 16:24 with 45# PP/ 10# weight vest– wow, choice WOD to use a weighted vest for the first time with… The sit ups were no joke.

    35# Turkish get ups

    Plus 3 trips up and down the alley dragging the sled: 70#- 90#- 115#
    Makes your legs burn so good!!! Aja deserves some mad props- 40# weight vest on the WOD and 135# sled drag. Baller!
