    I did crossfit Katy today with a friend. Here is their WOD:
    Tabata
    Goblet squat (72)
    Pullups (28)
    Lunge Steps (61)
    Weighted situps (60 with 15 lb weight)
    In between each set run 1 lap w a sandbag or medicine ball, after situps sprint your last lap with the sandbag/ball. (14 lb med ball)

    Half Murphy at Lifetime, solo. Don’t know the time. Everyone looked at me like I was completely out of my skull. Suck it, wussies.

    Aja, Vanessa, Alicia, and I did one of the Sectionals WODs that happened today (in Canada I think?)-
    5 rounds:
    5 power cleans (105/155)
    10 burpees
    200 m run

    Didn’t catch my time on the board… I’m thinking our times were around 11-12 minutes??
