    Nice time on the DUs Vanessa! I timed myself for 100 DUs at home just because I was curious. I hate the old rope I have, and it is too long, but I did it in 3:56.

    Great new idea for skill work.

    PP: I did one round at 80#, but couldn’t get the last one. So, my real max at 5 reps was 75#
    BJ: 44/ 20 in box
    SDHP: 3? /53#
    DU: 1:46 (woo hoo!!)
