    That sounds like an awful WOD. Good thing you all rested during Murph yesterday! If someone wouldve pulled this when I went, I may have cried.

    Doing my CF WOD in the hospital this morning: lunging up and down the hallway (40 steps, ~25 seconds?) when my sister decides to kick me out of her room when having an especially painful contraction. I’m up to 160 so far.

    Did WOD at CrossFit Central London tonight

    Strength warm-up: push-press @ 75%, did 20kg

    AMRAP 15
    5 HSPU
    7 squat snatch (first time for me) @ 15kg
    10 box jumps @ 20″ box

    8 rounds + 5 HSPU + 3 squat snatch
