I breezed through the DUs and G2OH… but those toes to bar REALLY took it out of me! I NEED to practise those AND K2Es too!
Going back Friday (they’re doing WOD 3 of the sectionals).
Extra credit- and I dare you all to try this- 4 x max effort hand stand holds on the wall with 1:00 rest in between. Chris timed us and I think I did 1:10, 0:55, 0:50, and 1:00.
i’m dumb. i didn’t see my time. at all. not even a glance. 60# on shoulder press. probably shouldn’t have done those max handstand holds and muscle up progressions *before* the workout.
