    Cindy – 19 + 5 push ups

    We did Cindy 1/25 and my score was 17 + 7 push ups…I am so proud of my improvement! It felt just amazing! Good confidence builder for this weekend!

    15 rounds. Green band pull-ups, knee push-ups. My arms feel like jello.

    Hooray! That’s an amazing improvement! I remember when we did this in January you were pretty sick so I’m glad you showed how much you could really rock on this workout :) .

    PR this WOD last time I worked Cindy I did 18 Rounds + 3 Pull Ups.

    Props to Vanessa. She blazed through this workout!

    PR from 1/25 was 16 rounds. Arms are about to fall off!

    Vanessa and Daniel, y’all are awesome! Also, Mike D. got 19+, but he doesn’t typically post. I’m going to harass him on Facebook in just a second.

    Cindy – 14 rounds + 6 pushups. I was able to do several of my pull-up sections without coming off the bar, which was a goal. Ripped my hand, but WHO CARES!!!

    Yeah, felt pretty good about the 19+. Up from 16 on Jan. 25th. Ripped my hand as well but its all good!

    17 rounds plus 9 push ups. Felt good- pull ups are coming along nicely and push ups were at great depth. Just gotta heal up that back!

    Huge classes at 5:30 and 6:30! So excited to see new faces :)

    Actually did Cindy on Saturday but was able to improve by two rounds and got 14 rounds today. Push ups were still the weak part for me on this.

    12 rounds + 4 squats. hand ripped around round 9. did all 5 pull ups consecutively each round (yes!) but my knee started hurting on the squats at around round 10 (boo!) which was a ‘wtf’ moment.
