    Today’s Work out in Seattle in Hotel Gym (which sucks):

    5 minute warm up jog on treadmill
    Met Con: 10:30 mins
    21-18….6-3 Burpees
    3-6…..81-21 Push Ups
    10 minute jog on treadmill
    Tabata abmat sit ups (yes, I brought my abmat with me)

    9:15 Rx on DL but had to drop to my knees on ring push ups.
    I really struggled on this one.
