    Don’t forget- FIFTY PUSH UPS TODAY for the challenge!!! Break ‘em up however you need to. It’s ok if it’s hard- it’s called a “challenge” for a reason!

    It is amazing how this challenge actually WORKS! By the last 3 days I was able to do 25 push ups unbroken…bring on the next step of 50 push ups!

    Okay I did not do this met con, but I did cross fit endurance. The workout for it today was 2000m at damper setting 10 to simulate hill runs. I rowed the 2k in 7:11, which was a 10 second PR. I am so happy right now.

    Hahaha- not a chance Nicole. Today I didn’t push it much because I’ve got an elbow that’s bugging me. The boys were the ones pulling big weight!

    Worked up to 165 on the Squat cleans and did the met con at 7:12, damn you Daniel J.

    OK…I feel like a lame-o next to you heavy hitters!! I got my squat cleans up to 80#. The met con took me almost 11 minutes.
