Ryan, Vanessa, Chris, and I did the same WOD, only subbed deadlift for KB swings.
WOD: 6 rounds plus 20 reps (14# ball, 20″ box, 165# DL)
Plus about 2,000 muscle up attempts. Thanks for the support everyone
WOD: 7 rounds plus 30 reps (6-8#ball, 20″ box 20#KB)
WOD: 6 rounds + 28 reps (20# ball, 20″ box, 205# DL)
WOD: 7 rounds + 12 (18″box -all jumps, 8lb ball, 30lb db)
Wod 7 rounds 26 reps ( 20 lb wall ball, 20″ box, 205 lb deadlift)
Wod 7 rounds + 36 reps (14# wall ball, 20″ box, 53# KB)
