This was tougher than I thought, expecially the overhead squats.

WOD 9:19 45# oh squat – Nicole is a beast on the run. I ran and ran as fast as I could (with in reason) and she was right there.

OH squats are not a real strong movement for me. I struggle with the weight and depth. Getting it overhead is sometimes a struggle.

WOD: 14:10 W/ 95 lb OHS
Had to sub a 1000m row for the run since it was pouring at the 5:30 and 6:30 classes. My time is still terrible though. The overhead squats killed me.
