    Yayyyy- first one to post! :)

    Push Press: kept it light today so I could work on speed through my sets– 5 sets of 9 reps (65#)

    Met Con: 9:20 RX (65#)
    Good met con! Definitey no room for breathing on that one. Good race from Alicia at the end- thanks :) .

    Extra credit-
    4 HSPUs, 8 pull ups, 12 sit ups

    10 mile run, one of which was in my Vibrams. Weird, but it worked out okay.
