Rob- I wasn’t aware that we were able to do all of the KBs and pull ups unbroken. Last time I did Helen I thought it was mandatory that my hands come off the bar at least 5 times a set. Ok- no worries, I will know better next time .
Also- I’m considering buying that bikini-top-thingy that Carey is wearing. Maybe that’ll make me go faster. That’s probably what’s been holding me back this whole time!
