Rob- I wasn’t aware that we were able to do all of the KBs and pull ups unbroken. Last time I did Helen I thought it was mandatory that my hands come off the bar at least 5 times a set. Ok- no worries, I will know better next time .
Also- I’m considering buying that bikini-top-thingy that Carey is wearing. Maybe that’ll make me go faster. That’s probably what’s been holding me back this whole time!

Buy in: max squats in 1 minute (54)
Then on the minute for 10 cycles- 40 yd shuttle run (there and back) + 5 squats + 5 push ups. I typically had about 30 seconds to rest each cycle before the minute was up.
Cash out: max squats in 1 minute (51)
