on a treadmill at 12% (!) incline

I did 1 @ 6.9, 5 @ 6.7, 4 @ 6.3 – this freaking workout liked to kill me I had to grab on to the rails during 3 rounds. You don’t get much of a recovery in the 30 sec. with that freaking 12% incline!

I did this one this morning on my rower. I made it over 150 meters for each of the 10 intervals, brutal.
At least it is over in 10 minutes. Just think how good you will be at recovering. These interval workouts make you learn to control your heart rate and breathing which is a very good thing imo.
Met Con- 10:33 RX …. Hands hurt so bad! Always feels good to do some body weight stuff though. Mad props for that awesome time Daniel!!! And also Nichole G- what a bada$$ for doing 2 killer workouts today. Your pull ups are coming along so well
