    Ryan, Vanessa, Chris, and I did the same WOD, only subbed deadlift for KB swings.

    WOD: 6 rounds plus 20 reps (14# ball, 20″ box, 165# DL)

    Plus about 2,000 muscle up attempts. Thanks for the support everyone :)
