my metcon didn’t include the 200M runs this morning b/c of all the rain. I did 15 burpees instead. Not sure that was a smart idea combined with the SC’s and after the ME BS’s, but it is what it is. My legs are going to be like jello tomorrow.

125# back squat (tried 135 but failed) and 8:08 on WOD with 1 round 20# and the rest 15#
