    WOD: 12:59 (35# db)

    much harder than expected. DUs were mostly in bunches of 5. lots of room for improvement on this one.

    Easy 2 1/2 mile run (21 mins)

    Sprints – 9 x 9 (ran nine sprints with walks in between – used street blocks as markers – splits average from 25-45 seconds – blocks are not all the same length).

    This one hurt. A lot. And I was disappointed with my time– need to string those DUs together!

    Plus, as part of making the C2 my new best friend– rowed down the entire time it took me to do my WOD.
