    5 rounds + 5 dbt, 10 pu (20# dbt, 25# swings)

    500 m row = 2:09 (pb)

    i’ll say it again for the record – HATE HATE HATE rowing!:)

    (25# DB, 35# KB)

    500 m row= 1:56

    Killer on the back!

    I SERIOUSLY underestimated this WOD 4 rounds (35# DB, #53 KB)
    500 m row= 1:52
