    I take a week off from crossfitting and it feels like I was gone forever…good to be back. We had a crazy turn out for the 5PM class.

    Push Jerk: 115-135-155-165-185
    MetCon: 14:36 (du, 20 lb ball, 25 lb plate)

    Met Con: Forgot my time, but I used the 20# ball as well as the 12 and 14, so the time doesnt mean much

    is it just me or are the workouts getting more challenging all the time? i’m super sore today…

    pj- done after the wod with dead legs alternating between 55 and 65
