I am liking this WOD.. to bad its my rest day… Have an awsome performance everybody.
I take a week off from crossfitting and it feels like I was gone forever…good to be back. We had a crazy turn out for the 5PM class.
Push Jerk: 115-135-155-165-185
MetCon: 14:36 (du, 20 lb ball, 25 lb plate)
PJ: 105-115-135-155-165
Met Con: 12:11 (du/su mix for 2 rounds then 80 su for 3 rounds, 14# ball, 25# plate)
PJ – 45-55-no mas
Met Con: 12:10 (su, 10# ball, 10# plate)
V-E-R-Y happy for Rob and Sandra that we are getting big!
PJ: 115-135-155-165-and failed on 175
Met Con: Forgot my time, but I used the 20# ball as well as the 12 and 14, so the time doesnt mean much
