    Are you kidding me?! lol– I was just looking at this workout trying to guess what my time would be, and I was estimating about 16 minutes. Now after seeing your time, I will be moving my goal time to about 18 minutes :) .

    Way to go on running out there in the cold this morning!

    This SUCKED…. I’ve gotten plenty good at JOGging… Looks like now I’ve got to get better at RUNning.

    WOD a disappointing 18:31… I am with Steph… I need to step up my running. But I still enjoyed the workout.

    Allison ur time was impressive… congrats.

    Vanessa the cold does mix well with all that running.

    Kudos to Ryan on his time at the 1/2!

    drinking and eating for a week is not conducive to crossfit

    Well of course you have to eat and drink for a week to do Crossfit… I think it just depends on what you drink and eat ;) .
