    Well Rob, you win. There is a level of pain that radiates from each major muscle group. I cannot imagine having done Thursday’s WOD then Saturday on top of that. Those of you who did are super heroes.

    Yayyyy for Team 2 who did ALL “big girl” weights. Yippee :)

    I liked this one a lot- but maybe not the best choice before my race Sunday!
