    3 unassisted pull-ups per set…used purple band for last two.

    Purple band for all 3 sets (attempted numerous unassisted dead hang, but couldn’t get the chin over)

    95# clean/ jerks

    PLUS new kipping pull up PR: 8 in a row :)

    Ladies great work on pull ups. So happy to see you all getting pull ups dead hang or kipping. Love to see you all go away from bands soon.
