    Max last set on SP was 170#; Met Con 5:24 with 25# DB’s and purple band for RD’s

    Sorry. that 170# was not for the SP, it was my weight for the deadlift Mon. my SP max was 47#.

    haha Holy cow Sandra– when I read 170# I was like “damn, I need to work on my weight load!”. Phew :)
