    At home: 500 jump rope, 3 x 400 m dash, ab workout

    P.S. Great title for this workout. YIKES. I always forget how hard ‘tabata’ anything is!

    I think my score for Tabata What the F? was 645, with 18″ box, 25lb kb, and 35lb sdhp instead of the rower. I slept like a baby from being so worn out!
