I’m with you Jake. But I guess it’s better knowing so I can gear up for it all day long…

    Nicole,

Are you itching? Does it feel like bugs are crawling under your skin? Just kidding. I am taking a rest day also so if you need support just think. If Joel can do it I can too.

    Later,

    Joel

Hahaha- I am right there with you Nicole! Rob gave me “the look” when I showed up at the gym yesterday on my rest day… but I swear, I did not actually work out. Just needed to stretch.

Enjoy your rest Nicole and Joel.

And now I’m ready to attack the double unders today.

Nicole…that is a very “hot” picture of you on the website…your body looks amazing! You go girl! Enjoy your rest day…not sure when I will have one this week? Maybe Sunday. See you all at the gym tonight! Happy to be home from Las Vegas! I missed my babies (and sleeping in my own bed!).

I’ll be happy if I come in under an hour on this WOD

    Daniel – LOL
    Vanessa – thanks!

    And I lied…I did 25 push-ups. That doesn’t really count though, right?

WOD: 19:09 (with all chest to bar pull ups)
Although I had one of the slower times, I made huge progress in my training with stringing together more DUs without the crutch of the single under in between today. I also set my new PR: 32 DUs in a row :) . Now gotta work on less resting…

Amazing job by Ryan and James for blowing through this workout. And hooray for Nicole
    B. and April coming back to the Box!

Almost done :) . AND most importantly, an awesome job on your new PR Daniel Brewster, with 11 DUs in a row after the WOD.

Ok, in addition to the novel I wrote above–

    Tabata row: 800 total
Extra credit: 50 more DUs, and a 500 m row sprint race against Daniel Brewster (he won)

Steph, you are killing me. You work out as much as I want to!

    Tabata Row: 904 meters

25 CF push-ups and about 5 push-ups with a tiny lady on my back

WOD: 14:50 – did single unders and used the thick blue band
718 meters on the tabata row
    25 push-ups (only 5 modified)

Thanks Steph D. I also didn’t kip and do double unders the whole WOD like you.

I’ve been told not to use the band anymore, so I’m kipping from now on whether I like it or not. yikes.

500 meter row rematch next time :)
