Experience a CrossFit Workout

We have a very unique program at CFWH, which is why we start all prospective new students with a FREE Introductory Session. This is a one-hour semi-private session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn more about CrossFit methods and philosophy, and experience a workout. You will see the benefits of the fastest growing fitness movement in the world. It will be clear that CFWH will get you the results you are looking for!

Learn the Basics, Sign Up for Fundamentals

The Fundamentals Course provides you a strong foundation. During your 4 week semi-private course you learn the key exercises, proper technique, range of motion, CrossFit terms, corrective cues to safely and properly begin classes. This course is a prerequisite for all new CrossFit West Houston members.

Become a Community Member

Once you complete the Fundamentals Course, we welcome you to join the CFWH community. You can select convienent membership packages and payment options. Attend classes that fit your schedule; our schedule includes morning, noon, evening and weekends. In addition yoga is offered twice weekly and is included in your membership.

We offer a drop in rate and we love visitors, especially if they come bearing gifts (meaning shirts)! Please let us know you’re coming by calling or e-mailing us (click on the contact page).  If you’re interested in joining, we require an Assessment prior to attending joining our community and attending our CrossFit classes.
