Learn the Basics, Sign Up for Fundamentals

We have a very unique program at CFWH, which is why all members start with the CrossFit “Unbarred” class (minimum of one month). We incorporate essential CrossFit movement and philosophy in all workouts, just without the barbells. This provides you a strong foundation if you want to move on to CrossFit Classes or you can continue with “Unbarred,” where you’ll continue to get amazing CrossFit workouts that are fun and challenging!

Become a Community Member

If you’re ready for even more challenging classes, you can talk to a coach about completing our Barbell Basics course, which will prepare you for our general CrossFit classes. These classes incorporate all the same basic CrossFit movement and philosophy along with barbell work and Olympic lifting (with load). We also offer a competition class for competing CrossFitters.

We offer a drop in rate and we love visitors, especially if they come bearing gifts (meaning shirts)! Please let us know you’re coming by calling or e-mailing us (click on the contact page).  If you’re interested in joining, we require an Assessment prior to attending joining our community and attending our CrossFit classes.
